The primary role of a Managed Service Technician (MST) is focused around reactively addressing client facing technical issues.
The MST may also be expected to perform proactive tasks and various other duties that include client or internal tasks.
Any MST can be expected to assist any of Exbabylon's clients with their fully managed agreements.
This role is typically the primary point of support for any clientLots of growth opportunities for someone who lives a highly technical lifestyle, brings outside-the-box thinking, innovative ideas and the desires to quickly find a solution to every problem.

Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Capability to effectively document technical information- Strong customer orientation- Ability to work efficiently in a team as well as independently and prioritize tickets based on immediate needs- Minimum of 6 Months of Previous Technical Support Experience o (Alternative) Basic Technical Certifications or Technical Degrees Completed/In-Progress-Max 60 mins on an undefined support ticket situation before asking for help - 10
tickets / day resolution target- Ticket shows effective and efficient time utilization-Locates and utilizes documentation.
-Build / improve documentation- Does not require procedures to be completely predefined-Able to operate with reduced oversight - Completion of Exbabylon Technical Tools and Procedures training and certificationsKey Indicators of Success:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
