IT Field Technician

As a member of the Exbabylon Field Services Team you will be responsible for primarily break/fix outages at client locations, either with a physical onsite presence, or via remote access into the environment.

Day to Day duties, include end user support, server management (both on premise servers, as well as cloud hosted services), network troubleshooting, and general problem-solving skills.
Project work could include network deployment, Voice Services Deployment, Security Services configuration amongst many other potential opportunities to shine and/or grow into! Excellent written and verbal communication skills Capability to effectively document technical information Ability to work efficiently in a team as well as independently and prioritize tickets based on immediate needs Minimum 2 years of experience working in the IT support or computer service industry Basic functioning knowledge of IP technologies Advanced knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Management Fundamental understanding and comfort supporting Active Directory environments Understanding of VOIP technology Expert level knowledge of IP and DNS Very strong cyber security awareness and knowledge of base cyber principles Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Server & Windows operating systems Experience with virtualization platforms Hyper-V and/or VMWare Ability to adapt to change and handle stressful situations Hands-on experience and a high comfort level troubleshooting/repairing all types of computer hardware Analytical thinker with the ability to think outside the box to resolve customer impacting situations.
Physical Network Installation and Troubleshooting Skills Firewall and switch configuration familiarity Windows 10 expert level support ability Mac OSX expert level Support ability Cloud Services familiarity, with focus on Azure Services Active Directory - Management and troubleshooting Advanced overall Troubleshooting Skills Great Client facing presence with the ability to fluctuate between client's needs and client's desires Ability to ask for assistance when needed, but aware how to resolve issues on their own Ability to work as a team, or within a small diverse group of individualsPreferred Skills:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
